Group Fitness Class

A 60 minute class, led by a coach, that will be geared toward either improving your strength and power, your high intensity fitness, or your endurance.

Small Group Personal Training

60 minute session, held at specific time slots, where a Personal Trainer will run you and potentially 2 other people through a customized program built for your goals.

Personal Training

60 minute sessions where you schedule directly with your Personal Trainer so you can be taken through your customized program at a time that is convenient for you.

At Bishop Arts Fitness, we pride ourselves on creative programming using the essentials. We have plenty of Barbells, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, and Sandbags to take your strength to the next level. Rogue Echo Bikes, Concept2 rowers, and tons of open space so your cardio isn’t left behind.

Open Layout – With a wide open gym floor we can easily accommodate your strength or endurance session with room to spare.

Our open floor plan gives you plenty of space to move, train, and focus without feeling crowded or rushed. The gym is fully equipped with barbells, bumper plates, a Rogue rig, kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags, Echo bikes, Concept2 rowers, and boxes, everything you need for effective, well-rounded training. How we organize the workouts is where the real magic happens.
